Guangyuan Environmental Protection Technology Company’s Franchise and Investment Promotion Policy

To strengthen Guangyuan Technology’s unified management of its agents, standardize cooperation matters among agents in various regions, and enhance agents’ sales enthusiasm, and in light of our company’s actual situation, we hereby establish the following agent cooperation system.
- Conditions for becoming an agent
Units or individuals applying to become agents of our company must meet the following conditions:
- Must be an enterprise or individual capable of independently assuming civil liability;
- Has good social relationships in the local community;
- Have a certain level of understanding of medical devices, environmental protection equipment, or related products;
- Have sufficient working capital and the ability to pay for purchased goods;
- To apply to become an agent of our company, you must pay a franchise fee, which can be deducted from the payment for goods.
- Possesses the ability to develop and implement market expansion plans, and can collaborate with the company to carry out marketing promotion activities.
- Possesses a strong sense of dedication and excellent service awareness, and is able to provide customers with appropriate services and support.
- To become an agent, you must specify whether you are representing a particular city, a single industry, or multiple industries (with a maximum of no more than three industries). You may also represent more than three industries, but in that case, you’ll need to increase your pickup volume.
- The application process for agency representation
- Units or individuals applying must be entities registered and established within China or lawful citizens of the People's Republic of China.
- The applicant must complete the “Agency Application Form”;
- Our company will review the relevant information provided by the applicant’s agent. Applicants whose applications pass the review and wish to apply in the name of an organization must provide our company with a copy of their business license (a photocopy will suffice) and a certificate of the legal representative (along with a photocopy of the legal representative’s ID card). For individual applicants seeking agency qualifications, they must provide valid personal identification documents (a photocopy of their ID card will be retained for our company’s records).
- The applicant fills in the relevant agency information and signs the (agency contract);
- Channel System Architecture
- The channel distribution system is categorized according to the level of business cooperation as follows: Tier-1 agents (provincial level), Tier-2 agents (city-level), and Tier-3 agents (distributors).
- Agency and Channel Definition:
- Tier-1 Agent (Provincial Level): A legally independent entity with sales capabilities covering the entire province, annual sales of contracted products exceeding 1 million yuan, and a first-time pickup quantity of over 200,000 yuan. Tier-1 agents have the right to sell products throughout the entire province and are required to pay an agency franchise fee, which can be offset against future product payments.
- Second-level Agent (City-Level): A legally independent entity with the capability to cover sales within a prefecture-level city, an annual contract sales volume of over 500,000 yuan, and a first-time order quantity exceeding 100,000 yuan. Second-level agents have exclusive sales rights within the jurisdiction of their city and are required to pay an agency franchise fee, which can be offset against future merchandise payments.
- Tier-3 Agent (Distributor): Possesses sales capabilities covering a prefectural-level city or a smaller region, with annual contract sales exceeding RMB 200,000 and an initial order quantity of more than RMB 20,000. The Tier-3 agent must be an independent legal entity or individual business operator. The Tier-3 agent holds exclusive sales rights within a specific area of the prefectural-level city and is required to pay an agency franchise fee, which can be offset against future merchandise payments.
- Agency Products and Services
The products and services operated by the agent must be those provided to the agent by our company. The specific details shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the “Agent Agreement” signed between our company and the agent. The products being represented may include one or more models from the Guangyuan Ozone Equipment Series. Furthermore, the agent must clearly specify whether it is representing a particular city, a single industry, or multiple industries (with a maximum of three industries). It is also permissible to represent more than three industries, but in such cases, the minimum purchase amount required will increase by RMB 20,000 for each additional industry.
- Sales price
The agent shall collect goods at the company’s agency prices and sell them at uniform market prices. In case of special circumstances, the agent may formulate appropriate sales prices and policies based on local market conditions and customer needs, but must obtain the company’s written authorization and consent in advance.
- Agency Area
The agent is authorized to conduct product sales only within the agency territory specified in the “Agent Agreement.” Before other agents appear in the surrounding areas, the agent may engage in business activities across regions and must file a record with our company. Once agents have been established in neighboring regions, the agent must immediately cease all product-related business activities.
- Agency Policy
- Ordering and Delivery: Supplies to agents shall be provided in accordance with the principle of "order first, ship later."
- Payment method: Shipment upon receipt of payment.
- Shipping: If the customer does not specify a logistics company, we will use the logistics partner with whom the company has long-term cooperation.
- Promotional Materials: The company can provide cooperating agents with free images and videos for product promotion.
- Information Feedback: Agents should promptly report local sales conditions to our company, enabling us to adjust our product mix accordingly.
Note: For matters not covered above, the on-site communication and negotiation shall prevail!
