On September 6, 2022, led by Chairman Zhang Hong, Guangyuan Environmental Protection Technology first visited Yongkang City—known as one of China’s “Top 100 Industrial Counties (Cities)” —to pay a visit to Zhejiang Chaoren Technology Co., Ltd., a well-known Chinese manufacturer of small household appliances. During the visit, Guangyuan Technology demonstrated on-site its PEM low-pressure water electrolysis ozone-generation technology and its mature product portfolio to Chaoren Technology’s R&D head. Both sides expressed their intention to further deepen their interaction and cooperation, and they highly praised Guangyuan’s PEM technology.

It is reported that since officially launching the “SID Superman” brand in 2016, Superhuman Technology has expanded its small home appliance product line from personal care items to nine major categories comprising over 300 different models, covering a wide range of household appliances. On September 7, 2022, Guangyuan Technology visited and learned from the Shaoxing Research Institute of Zhejiang University of Technology once again. At the site, we had an in-depth exchange and discussion with President Hu, and also sought advice and learning from Professor Hong and Professor Dong on key technical challenges related to PEM low-pressure water electrolysis ozone generation. Our company’s low-pressure electrolytic ozone-generation technology uses solid-state noble-metal polymers as the electrolyte. By performing low-pressure electrolysis of water (H2O), oxygen is separated to produce ozone. The resulting ozone has a weight concentration as high as 18-20%, and the accompanying gas is pure oxygen, with absolutely no pollution. This method requires no additional auxiliary equipment or additives—only pure water needs to be supplied for stable operation. Moreover, the equipment itself is equipped with a circulating cooling system, so there’s no need for separate cooling measures. Low-pressure electrolysis does not generate electromagnetic interference or other types of disturbance, making it suitable for use in laboratories or environments with highly precise equipment. Compared with other disinfection and sterilization methods, ozone-based disinfection and sterilization boasts broad-spectrum efficacy, simple operation, zero residual substances, and instantaneous sterilization. It also completely avoids the environmental and health hazards associated with chemical disinfectants, making it an ideal disinfection and sterilization method.

Currently, our products are widely used across various industries and sectors, with customers spanning all provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China, as well as being exported to countries around the world.
